1.APQP Framework & IATF 16949 Context
The purpose and structure of Advanced Product Quality Planning, the AIAG APQP manual (2nd/3rd Edition) and its role within IATF 16949:2016, and how the five APQP phases with their inputs and outputs prevent quality problems during new product introduction (NPI).
2.Phase 1 – Plan & Define the Program
