The difference is the cloud layer. A Microsoft 365 course should also cover OneDrive and SharePoint file sharing, co-authoring, version history and — increasingly — Copilot.

Remote online (live)
A trainer-led session over Teams or Zoom. Suited to software training, since every participant works on their own screen, and it removes travel for teams spread across states.

Is Microsoft 365 training the same as Microsoft Office training?
Largely, yes. Microsoft renamed Office 365 to Microsoft 365, so the same Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams skills are covered. Microsoft 365 training usually adds the cloud features — OneDrive, SharePoint, co-authoring and Copilot — that the old desktop Office courses did not.
Do you offer Microsoft certification (MOS, PL-300, AZ-900)?
Providers in the directory list exam-preparation courses for Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) and Azure Fundamentals, Data Fundamentals and Administrator (AZ-900, DP-900, AZ-104). For Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), name the exam in your quote request and we will look for a provider who prepares candidates for it. The certification exam itself is booked separately through Microsoft's exam provider.
