Common Mistakes That Get Claims Rejected
✗ Missing IC numbers
✓ Collect IC numbers before training day. Never leave blanks.
✗ Participant signs for another person
✓ Each participant must sign their own row. Cross-signatures invalidate the list.
✗ Trainer did not sign
✓ The trainer must physically sign the list. A stamped signature is not sufficient.
✗ Name on list differs from IC
✓ Always use the full name as it appears on the MyKad, not nicknames or shortened names.
✗ Non-Malaysian participants included in claim
✓ Only include Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents in the HRDF claim section.
✗ Date format inconsistency
✓ Use consistent date format throughout: DD/MM/YYYY.
