Projek Tour Leader

Level 2 adalah Ground Training & Familiarization Trip. Dengan syarat pernah menghadiri Level 1 (Certification Program), peserta boleh memilih untuk mengikuti tour ke destinasi pilihan bersama dengan Jurulatih (Coach).

The first level consists of classroom training, mainly in PTL Training Office, Bangi. The main purpose of this FOUR DAYS training is to make sure the proteges are fully prepared with the knowledge of tour leading. The training manual will be provided in progress. The outcome of the course among others, the proteges are expected to gain skills in organizing itinerary, costing to become a travel tour leader.

The second part of the training programm is a training/shadowing tour. You MUST have completed the Level 1 training to join this. If you have achieved satisfactory level in Level 1, you will only then be invited to participate in the ground training. The training tour will last up to 7 to 12 days depending to the destinations and country coordinators arrangement.

The third part of the training programme is more on-job training to ensure you are ready to take out groups on your own. You will be offered an opportunity to involve in trips to be an assistant or tour leader. You will be paired with more experience tour leader or Coach.

The protege will be invited to do 2 to 6 months training at destination.
